The future of the man

However much the human mind may enquire into life, at the present juncture of intellectual knowledge, though undeniably vast, it is very difficult to find adequate answers to define its full meaning and significance.
By reducing life to absurd randomness, devoid of any logic, some researchers simplified it, thus eliminating the major complications surrounding its magnitude.
Others established it on mythological contents that were easily accepted thanks to the supernatural and marvellous components.
However, the miracle of life is much more complex and therefore its starting point can only be found in the Creator who elaborated it and has been guiding it through billions of years, producing in its structure the indispensable adaptations, such as its unfoldings and variations.
As far as human life itself is concerned, we detect its genesis in the Divine Psychism which conceived it and inspires it, providing it with the energy by which it is nourished, and which impels it to growth through the manifold reincarnations of the immortal Spirit, also called the intelligent principle of the Universe.
Ignorant of its destiny, the Spirit awakens to its own reality through intellectual experiences and moral experiences that enable it to conquer plenitude.
Like the humble seed, which will never be able to behold the golden ear, because of the death that brings about the emergence of the grain, the Spirit does not perceive the angel within Himself, who will one day plough the infinite rivers of immortality.
However, the more their faculties and discernment expand, the more this process of evolution is marked by increasingly important and significant challenges.
The awakening of inner values is, in a way, heartbreaking in all species.
Just as plant life breaks through the protective shell of the seed in order to free itself, the human being is enveloped by the strong shell that imprisons him from the beginning and whose imprisonment leaves deep marks that must be removed in the future, as he develops and moves on to aspire to the widest and most glorious destiny.
Therefore, the struggle becomes more intense and relentless, increasing its capacity for resistance and enlightenment to the extent that the conquests make it possible.
To live is a sublime challenge and to do it with wisdom is a beatitude that is available to anyone who resolutely sets out to advance, self-improve and attain communion with God.
Tough is the task. Steep the slopes to climb. The dreadful spiral to be traversed we see unfolding with no apparent end in sight. But there is no limit to our strength, for we can endlessly renew it through universal will and communion.
Let us remember that we are not the only ones on this great journey. We will not only reach, sooner or later, loved ones, companions from past lives, those who shared our joys and sorrows, but also other great Beings who were once men or women on Earth and who are now Higher Spirits accompanying us on the difficult steps.
We know that those who have gone before us in heavenly life are not disinterested in us, and when the storm comes our way, their charitable hands support our march.
Slowly and painfully we prepare ourselves for greater and greater responsibilities. And the more we participate in the execution of a tailor-made plan, the more our ascension is accentuated, and the greater the revelations we will receive.
The fluidic Universe becomes ever wider and becomes an inexhaustible source of spiritual enjoyment.
Later the hour will come when, after its pilgrimages through the different worlds, the soul will contemplate from the higher regions the long train of past sufferings, and will realise at last that these sufferings have been the price of happiness, and that those trials which it has overcome have caused nothing but its good.
Will the soul reach the end of its journey? As the soul advances along the path it has traced, it will see ever new fields of study and discovery opening up. It will penetrate into the harmony of things and realise that there is no discord, no contradiction in the Universe, for wisdom, order and foresight reign everywhere, and thus it will enjoy more intensely the happiness of a blissful life.
Then, one day, softened by the storms and hurricanes of adversity, matured by the rays of the divine sun, it will emerge from the shadow of time, from the darkness of countless lives, and its faculties as well as its intelligence will be revealed as a reflection of the divine genius.
No one would be reincarnated on earth if physical existence had no higher purpose.
The Self is the product of a long process of development of the infinite values that lie dormant within it, awaiting the propitiatory means for their manifestation.
Stage by stage, step by step, progress is made, and this progress is fixed by the habits which are incorporated into the individuality, being the result of the sum of the experiences of the most varied reincarnations.
All of us now find ourselves in one of them. Let us not let this opportunity slip away, this unique moment that has been offered to us to improve ourselves and progress spiritually, and let us succeed with our efforts in passing this difficult subject. But at the same time a "wonderful experience".
