The Spiritist Fraternal Association – Nuevo Renacer was founded by Yaimary Silvera Batista with the event on 10 August 2024 at the Misión y Caridad centre in Holguín, Cuba.
The New Awakening project emerged from the Spiritist merger.
On 10 August 2024, the brotherhood was founded, in which the spirit beings have been transmitting messages for more than three years, bringing us into harmony with each other. Thanks to our spirit guides, they have given us instructions on how to continue working. They are the ones who chose the name and decided how to address this work. We only serve as an instrument to carry out their instructions. The Spiritist Fraternal Association – Nuevo Renacer is an international organisation. In addition to the international work, it supports the Spiritist Federation of Holguín.
The Spiritist Association – Nuevo Renacer is dedicated to the practice and dissemination of Spiritism, a philosophical and spiritual doctrine that promotes the study and understanding of the afterlife. The Association seeks to promote the values of brotherhood, solidarity and love for others through activities such as conferences, workshops and study sessions. It also emphasises the importance of self-knowledge and spiritual development as a means of achieving a more fulfilling and harmonious life.
This organisation promotes the study of the works of Allan Kardec and other spiritualist thinkers, as well as activities that promote charity, morality and spiritual development.
This website is the official international website, which reminds us that form is nothing, but thought is everything.
Executive
Yaimary Silvera Batista
President

Yaimary Silvera Batista. Born on 22 June 1975 in Holguín. Known as Yaimy, she has been seeing the spiritual world since the age of 4. At the age of 6 she began to see the spiritual world in glasses of water, at the age of 9 she cured herself of all stomach ailments. At the age of 10, she began to write through a spirit guide who explained the spiritualist teachings to her. She then realised that there was a codification of the teachings, which she has not read to this day because she already had its contents in her mind. At the age of 14, she began to develop into a trance medium and thus continued her mission. She still runs her wonderful spiritualist centre in Holguín today. She can run it from a distance.
Only faith, love and humility overcome obstacles. Blessings!
José Fernando Labrada Silvera

"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience".
Rigoberto Vecino Sánchez
Second Vice President

Rigoberto Vecino Sánchez began his spiritual activities in 1988 in the Spiritist Society "La Nueva Luz" in the Ojo de Agua district of Holguín, where he remained until 2000. In that same year, he joined the Allan Kardec Spiritualist Society in Holguín's Vista Alegre neighbourhood, where he remained for 17 years. It was in this society that he began to give public lectures in 2004. From that time on, he began to participate in visits to the spiritualist centres of the main municipality in order to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood, which later contributed to the founding of the Spiritist Federation of Holguín in June 2012, of which he is a founding member. After the federation was founded, he served as coordinator of one of the zones of the capital municipality. In July 2018, he founded the Spiritist Movement of Fraternal Union "WITH ALL AND FOR THE GOOD OF ALL", which seeks unity in diversity, in which love, respect and tolerance should manifest, taking into account all Holguín's spiritists, i.e. the legally recognised spiritist centres, those without legal recognition and the independent spiritists. In October of the same year, he founded the bimonthly spiritualist magazine La Nueva Luz, which had three issues and was distributed free of charge to the centres at his own expense. For reasons beyond his control, it was no longer printed. All this work enabled the Spiritists of Holguín to decide in general and democratic elections that he was elected President of the Spiritist Federation of Holguín on 20 April 2019, a position that was confirmed on 10 February of that year (2024). During these five years, he has worked with a small group of brothers to incorporate not only the legally recognised spiritualist societies into the Spiritist Federation of Holguín, but all those that exist in the province, and also the so-called independent spiritualists, thus fulfilling the goals he has proposed since founding the aforementioned MEUF in 2018. He has also established spiritual working links with the Spiritist Federations of Camagüey, Granma and Las Tunas in order to strengthen the Cuban spiritist movement. He participated in the Second International Spiritism Seminar, held at the Hotel Riviera in Havana in 2008, the 6th Central American and Caribbean Spiritist Congress and the 23rd Cuban Spiritist Congress, held in the city of Bayamo in 2011, the 7th World Spiritist Congress, held in 2013 at the Lázaro Peña Theatre in the Cuban capital; and the 1st Fraternal Meeting with representatives from other provinces and also from abroad, held in 2014 at the Ismaelillo Theatre in the city of Holguín. Since his election as President of the Spiritist Federation of Holguín, he has participated in various activities organised by the Spiritist Federations of Camagüey, Granma and Las Tunas, as well as with brothers and sisters from Santiago de Cuba. Together with other brothers and sisters, he has set up virtual groups via WhatsApp, where they exchange topics and books, remember the spiritual ephemeris and also develop a course to spread the spiritual teaching in a simple way. He has been studying the spiritist doctrine for more than 30 years. He is currently a member of the spiritist society "Luz Divina", which is located in the Holguín district of La Cuaba and whose mission is to give public lectures based on the spiritist doctrine.

Our objectives
Our intention is to provide a platform for each spiritualist centre to represent itself and to create a fraternal association of spiritists that will enable us to further advance our mission.
We practice Spiritism according to the teachings of Allan Kardec. Spiritism, or the Spiritist Doctrine, is a science of observation and a philosophical doctrine revealed by the higher spirits. In terms of practical science, it deals with the nature, origin, and destiny of spirits, as well as their relationship with the material world. Apart from the Spiritist Codification of Kardec, each Spiritist centre values its own teachings, given by the spirits who founded these movements and who continue to guide them.
The Spiritist Association – Nuevo Renacer is an association of spiritist centres in Cuba and outside of Cuba. It does not dictate any rules or regulations; each centre regulates its own discipline and thus also its mediumistic work internally.
We are a non-profit association of Spiritist centres whose main objective is to promote the Spiritist doctrine and to spread it in and outside of Cuba.
