Concept of mediumistic development

Development is derived from the verb to develop which is defined as to increase or strengthen something physical, intellectual or moral. It is also defined as making a thing or person go through a series of successive states, so that it grows, increases or progresses. It is understood by this definition that when we speak of mediumistic development we mean to attend to the faculty that is beginning, so that it may produce the superior results for which it is intended.
In order to fulfil this objective we must speak of mediumistic education. Anyone who feels to any degree the influence of spirits is, by that fact, a medium. Analysing mediumnity, the illustrious Codifier clarified that its expression did not represent the existence of a privilege, but that of a faculty of the Spirit, the development of which depends on the ethical values of the one who possesses it.
