Spiritual ladder

The "spiritual ladder" according to Allan Kardec represents personal moral and intellectual development as a spirit.
It is a categorisation that is neither final nor definitive. It is only a guide. We must realise that, as spirits, we are at different stages of our spiritual development. Therefore, the boundaries between classes and levels are fluid. The rules of categorisation are
The categorisation rules are:
- Degree of progress of the spirit
- The qualities that the spirit has already achieved
- The imperfections it still has
Here is the spiritual ladder.
PURE SPIRITS (THE PURE SPIRIT)
No longer influenced by matter. Unconditional intellectual and moral superiority. Messengers and servants of God. The highest degree of development and perfection (state of the "Christ-spirit") has been attained.
Humans can still make contact with them!
GOOD SPIRITS (THE GOOD SPIRIT)
They are dominated by the good. The spirit is elevated above matter, i.e. it is not materialistic. Some have superior knowledge, others wisdom and goodness. The more developed spirits combine knowledge with moral qualities. However, they still have trials. Above all, they strive for love and charity towards themselves and their fellow men.
IMPERFECT SPIRITS
Dominance of the material over the spirit. Tendency to evil. Ignorance, arrogance, selfishness and the resulting bad qualities predominate.
