Spiritual mentor of the medium Divaldo Franco, the Spirit Joanna de \u00c2ngelis is the author of important works dealing with existential, philosophical, religious and psychological themes, whose aim is the enlightenment of the human being. In addition to becoming best-sellers, her books have achieved great recognition among religious people, spiritual philosophers, psychologists, parapsychologists and other scholars of the human soul. His writing is beautiful and profound, a pure expression of evangelical love and practical teaching for joy, peace and inner growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On a spiritual level, she planned the construction of the Mansion of the Way, an allusion to the \"House of the Way\" of the early Christians, founded by Divaldo Franco in the city of Salvador, Brazil (see on this website: Divaldo Franco).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among her previous reincarnations are Joanna of Cusa, one of the women who accompanied Jesus at the crucifixion; Sister Juana In\u00e9s de la Cruz (1651-1695) pseudonym of the illustrious writer Juana In\u00e9s de Asbaje y Ram\u00edrez de Santillana, and Joanna Ang\u00e9lica de Jes\u00fas (1761 - 1822), a Bahian, religious sister and later abbess who played a painful role in the Brazilian Independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A servant of Christ, Joanna de \u00c2ngelis has for centuries devoted herself to enlightening her brothers and sisters on earth. In the middle of the last century, when \"the powers of Heaven\" were moved and a movement of renewal spread throughout America and Europe, making the song of hope ring out to the \"four winds\" with the revelation of immortal life, Joanna joined the team of the Spirit of Truth to carry out the work of implanting the revival of Christianity, of the Comforter promised by Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the last chapter of her book Despu\u00e9s de la Tempestad, referring to the members of her team, she informs us:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"When the days of the Spiritist Codification were being prepared, when ready workers were being summoned for the struggle, when the foretold hours were being announced, when sowers were being organised for the Earth, we listened to the heavenly invitation and hastened to offer our humble strength, in order to serve in the intimate condition of tillers of the soil where the seeds of light of the Gospel of the Kingdom should fall.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In \"The Gospel according to Spiritism\" we find two messages signed \"A Friendly Spirit\". The first (Ch. IX \u00a7 7), entitled \"Patience\", was dictated at Le Havre, in 1862. The second (Ch. XVIII, \u00a7\u00a7 13 to 15), entitled \"It will be given to him who already has\", was received the same year as the first, in the city of Bordeaux. If we look closely, we can see Joanna's style in these texts. In \"Patience\", the author ends in the same way as she usually does in her current messages: by presenting Jesus as the model to be followed in our attitudes, whatever the circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the spiritual world, when several spirits linked to Joanna, former misguided Christians, were preparing to reincarnate, she gathered them all together and planned to build on Earth, under the sky of Bahia (Brazil), a copy, albeit imperfect, of the community where she was on the spiritual plane, with the aim of redeeming the former Christians and creating an educational experience that would demonstrate the feasibility of living in a truly Christian community, in the present day. Seriously ill spirits would come in the condition of orphans, finding an opportunity for self-improvement, to free themselves from the most painful karmic obligations, always moving towards Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trained specialists were invited to draw up the general outlines of these tasks and to instruct the pioneers of the future work. When all was sketched out, Joanna sought contact with Francis of Assisi, and asked him to examine her plans and to assist her in carrying them out on the material plane. The Poor Man of God agreed with the instructor and offered to collaborate in the work, provided that \"in this Community love for the unfortunate of the world would never be forgotten or charity for the children of Calvary denied, nor would it be intended to destroy the best edifications of moral sentiment\". In the meantime, the collaborators were reincarnated in different places, at different times, with different instructions and experiences so that, in a short time and when necessary, they would be summoned to fulfil the commitments assumed in the Spirituality. Not all of them would reside in the Community, but wherever they were, they would send their help, they would spread the Gospel message of solidarity and vigilance, linked to the common work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Institution has been growing, always committed to assisting the suffering of the Earth, the fallen in trials, those who are on the verge of insanity and suicide. Thanks to the activities developed, both on the material and spiritual planes, with emergency therapy for the recently disincarnated and special care, the \"Mansion of the Way\" has acquired a vibration of spirituality that replaces the human vibrations of those who reside and collaborate there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1964, Joanna de \u00c2ngelis, through Divaldo, wrote her first spiritist book: Mies de Amor. It is she who inspires him in the lectures, together with other Spirits, such as Vianna de Carvalho and Am\u00e9lia Rodrigues, awakening sleepy souls towards the fulfilment of their responsibilities. Faced with the impossibility of attending to all those thirsty for light through the spoken word, Joanna began to write more books, more pages of consolation, which are distributed in various parts of the world, translated into different languages, better impressing the message of love of Master Galileo on the suffering hearts lacking in light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a leader, Juana invited high entities to participate in her team. In literature, Rabindranath Tagore, Victor Hugo, Manoel Philomeno de Miranda, Am\u00e9lia Rodrigues, Marco Prisco, Vianna de Carvalho and others. In the area of disobsession, he invites the Spirit Simba, the pseudonym of a Nubian Tuareg who lived as a Christian \"Good Samaritan\" in the hot desert sands. To attend to mediumnity, she summoned Jo\u00e3o Cleof\u00e1s. For spiritual guidance, he gathered a group of spiritual doctors and nurses, among them Dr. Bezerra de Menezes, Scheila and other devoted servants. In the field of social assistance, she invited Anal\u00eda Franco, Fabiano de Cristo and countless other spirits with experience in the service of fellow men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In one of her messages she tells us: \"It is evident that our pretensions are not to transform anything, but to reform ourselves. First, to enkindle enthusiasm and hope in the Earth and in the people of our day, by deepening studies in the organism of spiritist codification, in order to bring it to the understanding of the masses, repeating the sanctifying experiences of the \"men of the way\", who opened the doors of perception to the Spiritual Entities in their cenacles of communication with the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
