Cremation and Spiritism<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Many times, we wonder what happens with cremation, from the point of view of the spirit, especially now, when this practice seems to be so fashionable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is really no reason to criticize it because it only tries to facilitate the formalities and bureaucracy of a traditional burial but there are some points that we should consider in this regard, which contain possible problems for the soul of the cremated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) If the person concerned agreed to cremation and had requested it in advance, that is, if he wished to be cremated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) If he and his associates had spiritual knowledge about the possible consequences for the spirit of the cremated bone, whether there was spiritual knowledge. Let\u2019s analyze this topic a little, so topical and so interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know, thanks to the teachings of spiritual guides and testimonies given by disembodied spirits that the Spirit takes a certain time (which is not the same for all) before detaching himself completely from his physical body. When the so-called \"death\" occurs, the Spirit slowly separates from his body, disconnecting the Chakras (spiritual energy centers) until it is finally separated. Then the perispirit (or astral body) is incorporated, with some difficulty, alongside the lifeless physical body and prepares to begin its new life. We know this stage as \"period of turmoil\" because, generally, the Spirit is not aware that he left earthly life and began his new spiritual life. It is a time of fear, concern, surprise, insecurity, where slowly the soul begins to accommodate the new situation. Of course, there are very prepared souls that do not pass through this stage and that quickly detach themselves from the body and go to the Greater Spirituality accompanied by the Good Guides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As this time, in which the soul adapts, can be very delayed (depends on the degree of spiritual evolution of each one), the Spirit or soul can remain for a while near the body and experience its own burial, its funeral or its cremation (other spirits quickly leave for the Spirit World). If the person concerned has no spiritual knowledge, it can be very traumatic to experience the destruction of the physical body, to which he feels intimately connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, we know that for a certain time there is energy from the cells of the body, accumulated in physical matter and through this energy can pass sensations of pain or fear to the transpersonal mind, which is part of the Spirit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have many psychographed stories, especially by our dear Chico Xavier, where they are reported experiences of newly disembodied spirits on their immediate impressions at the moment of disincarnating. Some accompanied their own burial or decomposition, unable to understand their new state of life and deaf to the guidance of the guides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In \"Workers of eternal life\", chapter XV, we see how Jerome, spiritual guide, makes passes over the corpse of a newly disembodied, removing the residues of vitality to disperse them in the common atmosphere, through an indescribable process for our understanding. It is helping you to shed the last remaining vital energy so that you can fully free yourself and embark on a new path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the same chapter we find a disembodied, next to his corpse, in the cemetery, crying desperately because he does not accept his new state of life. These scenes are repeated very often because the spirits without spiritual interests and perhaps, very attached to the matter, take longer to leave their spoils, believing themselves still within earthly plane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In \"Action and Reaction\", by the same author, Chapter IV, we observe a spiritual rescue team that brings many newly disembodied people, in emotional imbalance, who keep the memories of diseases that had imposed them the disincarnation. All of them are still strongly connected with the last earthly sensations. They are the \"mental molds\" that each one carries.<\/strong> Of course, you will be helped by the Spiritual World and taken to places of recovery. The Spiritual Messengers never rest and no one is abandoned from the hand of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In chapter XVIII of the same book the spiritual mentor says: \"... Some stay longer, that depends on the degree of animalization of fluids that retains the Spirit to bodily activity ... Some, for hours, other days or months... the inert body does not mean liberation of the soul... The more we immerse ourselves in the currents of lower passions, the longer we have to delay to be able to exhaust the vital energies that unite us to the heavy and primitive matter that constitutes the physiological instrument, holding us in the mental creations, to which we have adjusted. Therefore, \"physical death\" is not synonymous with \"spiritual emancipation\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the person concerned has knowledge of life on the other side and faith in God, things are easier and he does not suffer the disturbance of witnessing the destruction of his own physical body. He often moves away and confidently lets himself be guided by the Messengers to his new habitat. That is why it is so important that cremation be authorized by the person concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Family and friends can help by praying and communicating with him mentally to help him break free from trauma and fear. The tradition of cremation comes from the east where people are already born knowing that their body, one day, will be cremated as something natural and sublime. Moreover, in the East, knowledge of spiritual responsibilities and the consequences of the law of karma (action and reaction) are something natural and incorporated into people\u2019s daily lives. They are more spiritualized beings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the West we don\u2019t usually have such deep experience with spiritual life, and we also don\u2019t know so much about the afterlife in the spiritual world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All this complicates the cremation issue a little, from the point of view of the cremated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is, if we are talking about a person with extensive knowledge of the spiritual life, with responsibility for acts and omissions, with confidence and security in his ideals and convictions, then cremation becomes a natural act, where the time of destruction of matter is simply shortened and the Spirit quietly and safely sets out for his new life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If, on the contrary, we are talking about a person without much knowledge of spiritual life, with fears and doubts about his future, very attached to earthly affections, worldly and material interests, then this spirit risks witnessing the cremation, of feeling pain, fear and above all, of being emotionally destabilized. This could produce a longer period of \"confusion\", that is, delay in the final separation from the physical body and delay in understanding its new state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the book \"The Comforter that Jesus promised,\" dictated by the Emmanuel Spirit and psychographed by Chico Xavier, we find a question on the subject:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 151 \u2013 Can the disembodied Spirit experience suffering with cremation of mortal remains?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 In cremation is necessary to have mercy with the corpses, delaying for a greater number of hours the act of destruction of the material viscera, because in a way there are still many echoes of sensitivity between the disembodied Spirit and the body where the vital tone has been extinguished, in the first hours following the outcome, by virtue of the organic fluids which still call upon the soul to the sensations of material existence\".<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know that the good guides, messengers of Master Jesus, are always present to guide, accompany and guide all spirits, especially at this important transition point in life and then to the different levels of existence that exist in the spiritual world (colonies).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No one is left helpless or unprotected, The love of God is too great to abandon any of his children but a cremation done without authorization of the interested and without some knowledge can bring complications for the uninformed soul and delay its release from matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is up to each individual to make the appropriate decisions. I only suggest that it is always the person concerned who has the last word, who agrees on the process of destruction of physical material. Likewise, I think it is important that he and his friends and relatives know the laws of Spirituality in order to be able to collaborate effectively in the process of guiding the Spirit into the areas of the Spiritual World with joy, trust in God and security on the new path. It is also recommended to allow a full day or more to pass before cremating, to allow all traces of vital energy to be removed and returned to the Cosmos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us remember, once again, that we are never alone and that the good Jesus sends his Spiritual Messengers to accompany us in every act of our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
